After selecting the specifications of the caster wheels, proper installation of the casters is a very important part. Caster wheels have different sizes: 3 Inch Caster Wheels, 2 Inch Caster Wheels,1 Inch Caster Wheels. It not only ensures the flexibility of the casters and improves the working efficiency, but also prolongs the service life of the casters and reduces the cost of the enterprise.
1. When installing the universal caster, the shaft should be installed in the vertical state.
2. After confirming that the mounting surfaces are in place, select the appropriate size screws, screws, nuts, washers, etc., insert the mounting holes, and tighten until no gap is found. If it is a screw caster, it should be noted that when the screw is screwed into the installation, use a suitable wrench to tighten the hex nut to prevent the screw from breaking due to excessive installation clearance.
3. When installing the brake castor, please install it in the non-brake state to facilitate the constant adjustment of the angle during the installation.
4. When the directional casters and the universal casters are used together, the same specifications must be selected, so that the matching degree is higher and the operation coordination is better.
