Straightening is a very serious part of the bending of aluminum profiles. The straightener must pay attention to the strength used for straightening. If the strength of the aluminum profile is too large, the profile may be deformed, closed, and orange peel. If the force is too small, the profile will be produced. It is not straight, causing bending.
Extrusion frame
This link is also very important. After sawing the cut-to-length length, the framing must be carried out. The fashion framing worker should pay attention to this: Is the material large or small, is it the material drawn with a tube or a flat die? In other words, large materials and materials with tubes are not easy to be bent when framed at both ends. However, for small materials and materials drawn from a flat die, the aluminum profile can easily cause bending when the two ends are lifted. Move closer to the middle for lifting and framing. But some profiles do not work even this way, such as shutters, windows, glands, etc., you must put these materials on the aged profiles and then lift them into the frame.
Surface treatment
After the billet is aged and the hardness has reached the standard, the aluminum profile is not so easy to bend, but you should pay attention to it when lifting the material at both ends, try to avoid strong fluctuations up and down, which will also cause a certain amount of bending to the aged profile.

The European standard is a trapezoidal groove with a large upper and a smaller one. The national standard groove is a rectangular groove, the same as the upper and lower.
4. The wall thickness of industrial aluminum profiles will not be too thin. Unlike architectural aluminum profiles, industrial aluminum profiles only play a decorative role, and the wall thickness will be very thin. Industrial aluminum profiles generally play a supporting role and require a certain load-bearing capacity, so the wall thickness should not be too thin.
